(EONI)<\/li><li>PYO has a single LRN 5416242999<\/li><li>PYO SPID is 0760<\/li><li>PYO only does business in Oregon<\/li><li>PYO uses long timers (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.npac.com\/lnpa-working-group\/nanc-lnp-process-flows\/subscription-version-create-process\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.npac.com\/lnpa-working-group\/nanc-lnp-process-flows\/subscription-version-create-process\" target=\"_blank\">T1 and T2<\/a>)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong style=\"color: initial;\">Port Out Requests<\/strong><ul><li>All requests should be submitted via our vendor port-out portal (VPOP)<ul><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/app.porting.com\/#\/Signup\" target=\"_blank\">Sign up for VPOP access<\/a><br>New registrations take one business day to activate before you can start submitting port-out requests in the portal.  Be sure to register as soon as possible to avoid any delays.<\/li><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/app.porting.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Login to VPOP<\/a><\/li><li>Need help?<ul><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/atlc.zendesk.com\/hc\/en-us\/sections\/4407860671635-VPOP-Vendor-Portout-Portal\" target=\"_blank\">VPOP knowledge base<\/a><\/li><li>for technical support for VPOP system call 1-800-PORTING (800-767-8464)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li>If you require a customer service record (CSR) you can place a check in the CSR certification box in the port out request within VPOP. <\/li><li>Firm Order Committment (FOC) date is issued via VPOP.<\/li><li>Requests submitted via email address or by any other method may incur significant delays in processing or may not be processed.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Hours of operation and holidays<\/strong><ul><li>Normal business hours are Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm Pacific Time.<\/li><li>Closed for holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve)<\/li><li>After hours emergency assistance may be available at billable rates.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Porting Intervals:<\/strong><ul><li>Simple Ports of 1-9 TNs = 1 business day.<\/li><li>Complex Ports 10 or more TNs = 3-5 business days.<\/li><li>Submissions received after 2pm Pacific time will be considered received the next business day.<\/li><li>You should complete your porting activation within 5 business days after FOC date.<\/li><li>NPAC normally will allow a porting to activate more than 30 days after FOC date.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Escalation Procedures and Contact:<\/strong><ul><li>If you have a problem with your CSR\/LSR requests or have not received a response within 2 business days please follow the below escalation list:<ul><li>Level 1 email <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"mailto:lnpadmin@p1tel.com\" target=\"_blank\">lnpadmin@p1tel.com<\/a><\/li><li>Level 2 call provisioning escalation: 541-624-2640<\/li><li>Level 3 call network operations center: 541-962-6363<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This document is for use by telecommunications carriers to know how to interface with PriorityONE to handle LNP requests.
