To setup an auto responder:
- click here https://webmail.eoni.com
- login with your email and password
- on the left side click “My Email Options”
- the auto responder can operate for only 60 days at a time
- click in the start date to select start date
- click in the end date field
- add a subject line for the automatic email reply such as “I have a new email address”
- in the vacation message text you can share your old and new email address…here is a sample message:
Jane Doe has a new email address thenewemailaddress@gmail.com
Please update your contacts to use the new email immediately.
The eoni.com email will stop working May 1, 2026
