Email Client Setup: Outlook 2013, 365

  1. Click File
  2. Click Info
  3. Select Add Account
  4. Select Manually configure server settings or additional server types and press Next
  5. Verify that Internet E-mail and press Next
  6. Type Your Name and Your email address
  7. Select IMAP from the Account Type drop down
  8. Type in the following for the Incoming Mail Server: mail.eoni.com
  9. Type in the following for the Outgoing Mail Server: mail.eoni.com
  10. Type your Full Email Address for the Username
  11. Type your Password
  12. Ensure that the SPA checkbox is not checked
  13. Click More Settings
  14. Click the Outgoing Server Tab
  15. Click the checkbox My Outgoing Server (SMTP) Requires Authentication
  16. Select the Use same settings as my incoming mail server radio button
  17. Click the Advanced Tab
  18. Check This server requires an encrypted connection below incoming server (IMAP) and make sure the port is 993
  19. Type 587 in the Outgoing Server (SMTP) field
  20. Below Outgoing Server (SMTP) verify that TLS is selected from the drop down menu
  21. Click Ok
  22. Click Next
  23. Click Finish
  24. Click Close
