Email Client Setup: Outlook XP, 2002, 2003

  1. Click Tools
  2. Click E-mail Accounts
  3. Click Add new Email Account then Next
  4. Select IMAP then Next
  5. Type Your Name and Your email address
  6. Type in the following for the Incoming Mail Server: mail.eoni.com
  7. Type in the following for the Outgoing Mail Server: mail.eoni.com
  8. Type your Full Email Address for the Username
  9. Type your Password
  10. Click More Settings
  11. Click the Outgoing Server Tab
  12. Click the checkbox My Outgoing Server (SMTP) Requires Authentication
  13. Click the Advanced Tab
  14. Check This server requires a secure connection (SSL) below incoming server (IMAP) and make sure the port is 993
  15. Check This server requires a secure connection (SSL) below Outgoing Server (SMTP)
  16. Type 587 in the Outgoing Server field
  17. Click Ok
  18. Click Next
  19. Click Finish
  20. Click Close
